We created this photo exhibition to show the beauty of the second-largest Ukrainian city, the power of the people who live there, and their courageous fight for freedom after the full-scale Russian invasion on Feb 24th, 2022.

More than 50 photos highlight such essential topics as life before and after the invasion, stories about firefighters, utility services, the underground, children and their vision of war, and much more.

Kharkiv has become one of the most powerful symbols of freedom, strength, and humanity for Ukrainians worldwide, and today we want to share its story with you.

Charitable donations will be used to support Leleka Foundation's projects providing first aid supplies, medical equipment, vehicles, and electric generators to field medics and hospitals on the front lines of Ukraine's fight for freedom and survival. Our goal is to raise $20,000 in order to buy, equip, and deliver an off-road ambulance, capable of transporting wounded soldiers from the front lines to field hospitals in any weather conditions. We find and buy these vehicles in Europe, transport them to Ukraine, transform them into ambulances, and deliver to field medics in front-line units. Here's an example of a Land Rover Defender we delivered in November 2022.
