US team
is the President and co-founder of Leleka Foundation. Born and raised in Kyiv, he has spent most of his adult life in the United States.A software engineer and startup founder by profession, Vadim dedicates his time at Leleka to operations and outreach, ensuring the foundation's mission is effectively executed. He also co-leads fundraising and cultural events for Leleka in San Francisco, where he currently resides.
is a board member and a co-founder of Leleka Foundation. Svitlana has been living in the U.S. for 12 years. She moved to California for professional growth. At Leleka Foundation Svitlana is responsible for organizing events from fundraising money for tactical medicine to helping bring greater awareness of Ukraine’s history, culture, and resilience, featuring Ukrainian music, art and movies.Information and education is another important front in Ukraine’s war for existence.
is a board member and a co-founder of Leleka Foundation. Yuri became a volunteer in November 2013, during Euromaidan. When Russia first invaded Ukraine in early 2014, Yuri focused on combat medicine. At Leleka, Yuri has been responsible for fundraising and communications with corporate donors, while he also spent several years in direct communications with medics processing their applications for aid.
joined Leleka as a volunteer in logistics and operations in early 2022. Since then, he has ensured that all medical supplies procured by Leleka are delivered to Ukraine efficiently, securely, and promptly. Alex moved to the United States in 2011 to pursue a master’s degree and has spent most of his career working in various technology-based companies and startups.
is the Head of Strategic Communications. Solomko has over 20 years of experience in journalism and communication. In the organization she is responsible for implementing Leleka’s communication strategy, focused on reaching potential donors and stakeholders; leading fundraising efforts; and serving as the primary spokesperson for the nonprofit.

Yulia Galytska
Anna started volunteering in combat first-aid kits supplies for Ukraine in early 2014 and joined Leleka later in that year upon its foundation. In 2022-2023, Anna has been focusing on the procurement of first-aid supplies and communication with various corporate donors, as well as financial matters of the foundation. As of now, she is responsible for accounting matters, including overseeing audits and tax preparation.
UKRAINE TEAM
The Head of Leleka Foundation Ukraine and a dedicated volunteer since 2014, Iryna has been recognized for her exceptional contributions with prestigious honors, including the Presidential Award "National Legend of Ukraine," the Order of Princess Olga, III class, and the Ministry of Defense Medal "For Contribution to Defense," among others. She has also been featured in leading Ukrainian media rankings, including "People Bringing Victory Closer," "50 Inspiring Women Leaders," and "Ukrainska Pravda-100: Beyond the Limits of the Possible."
Deputy Director, a volunteer since the first day of the full-scale war. In the organization, Raadyslav is the leader responsible for managing all bureaucratic processes: overseeing documentation, reporting, and customs declarations. He has been awarded the Ministry of Defense Medal "For Contribution to Defense" and the General Staff Medal "For Assistance to the Armed Forces."
