
Tactical medical backpacks, life-saving supplies and equipment
Each fully equipped medical backpack is a lifeline for a frontline medic, enabling them to provide lifesaving care to up to ten wounded individuals.
These backpacks are stocked with tourniquets, bandages, hemostatic dressings, occlusive seals, soft splints, trauma shears, burn treatments, and more. Even in its standard configuration, a backpack contains over 100 essential medical supplies and weighs approximately 22 lbs.
In each backpack, Leleka includes at least:
- 8 tourniquets;
- 8 hemostatic gauze and 8 compressed gauze for wound tamponade;
- 6 six-inch and 6 four-inch Israeli bandages + 1 abdominal bandage;
- 8 chest seals (occlusive dressings), which medics use for chest injuries;
- 6 nasopharyngeal airways of various sizes and lubricants;
- 2 i-gel supraglottic airways of different sizes;
- 4 decompression needles to address tension pneumothorax;
- 4 hydrogel dressings for burn treatment;
- 1 pocket BVM (bag valve mask) that provides breathing support to patients experiencing respiratory distress;
- 1 BOA constricting band;
- Eye shields, which medics use when treating eye injuries;
- Thermal blankets to prevent hypothermia, including advanced emergency blankets (like Blizzard or Ready Heat);
- 2 soft splints for the immobilization of fractures in the upper and lower limbs;
- Soft stretchers for evacuation.
- Tactical headlamp with red, green and blue lights;
- Special durable tactical scissors, gloves, 10 casualty cards.
For advanced users, we also add:
- NIO intraosseous device;
- SAM junctional tourniquet;
- Pelvic Sling;
- XStat hemostatic injector;
- ITClamp hemostatic clamp;
- Saline lock kit;
- Pulse oximeter;
- Field first aid surgical kit.
