1. Check below if your employer has a matching gift program.

• Consider searching for your spouse, partner​ or other immediate family member's employer.
• Not based in the US? If you don’t live in the US or work for a US-based company, don’t worry - just reach out to your HR department to inquire about any matching gift programs your company may offer.
• Can't find your company? We might not have all programs listed. But don’t give up just yet! Contact your HR team to check if your company offers matching gifts.
• Have you donated stock instead of cash? Your donation may also be eligible for employer matching. Check out your company's matching gifts policy to find out.

Once you’ve identified your employer’s matching gift program, follow the links to learn all the details and log in to your company’s portal to fill out the necessary forms. Usually, companies require proof of your donation (like a receipt) and a form to request the match. Be sure to provide these—and any other required materials—promptly to your HR or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team.

3. Your company will send the matching gift donation to Leleka Foundation once they verify the details.
